Refund policy

Return Requests -

Once the orders have been placed and they have been started I do not offer refunds, the time frames are maximum 35 buisness days. If you do need it sooner please email me or send me a message via the chat system. I hand paint each one of my orders so if by any chance you do need a refund my time and shipping will be reducted from the refund amount as my time is precious. These items are not off the shelf and arepainted to order I am a one man company and need time to make your controller awesom.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and be accepted by our team. Accepting a return is not guaranteed, nor a full refund, please see exceptions below for details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please provide a valid reason for returning your items. Failure to provide a reason will result in your request not being accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at undeadgaminguk@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, As the customer you assume responsibility and payment for shipping costs and are responsible until we receive the item, any loss of post or damage will result in you needing to claim from your chosen shipping company.

Items sent back to us without first having a return request accepted will not be accepted and sent back to you.

Damages and issues -

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Failure to disclose damage upon receipt may result in a return not being accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items -

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (Custom Products are hardware modified controllers, special commission orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We can not accept returns of un-wanted items without good cause.

Exchanges -

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and email us the item needed.


Refunds -

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Refusing Packages due to Customs Fees -

Please be aware that customs and duties may be charged by your country upon arrival. Undead Gaming UK is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

We are happy to accept returns and issue refunds on goods that are returned to us. However, if the parcel is refused because of customs fees, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach us. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee our ability to issue a refund.

Please note that Undead Gaming UK will ONLY issue a refund on goods once they are returned to us.

If an item has been refused due to customs fees, we can only issue a partial refund minus costs incurred to ship the item to you.


Refund of shipping costs -

We can not refund shipping if shipping was marked as free.

We would be happy to refund shipping costs if the item arrived has been damaged in post, or found to defective upon inspection. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. If not already refused at time of delivery, please contact us and make arrangements to return the items. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.

If an item has been returned due to a change of mind, no longer needed, or found to not be defective, we will not issue a refund for costs incurred to ship the item to you or costs incurred for return shipping.

Lost Items -

We can not cancel or refund items still in transit that are not deemed lost by the postal services policy. If you have concerns you items have not arrived, please get in touch immediately to see how we can help. An item is deemed lost by the postal services own commision and or policies.

Please allow 14 working days for us to investigate any lost items, only after the 14 days if you items can not be located a refund will be granted.
