Right to Cancel / Withdraw (EU Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, EU consumers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain types of products.

As all products sold on this website are custom-made, personalised, or made to order according to the customer’s specifications, the right to withdraw or cancel does not apply once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• The item is being created specifically for you and to your requirements; and
• You therefore waive your statutory right to withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

We are unable to accept returns or cancellations for these items unless they are faulty or not as described.
